Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - SEND Experience

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Learning Support Assistant with SEND experience to support schools in Alton. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students with SEND succeed in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one and group support for students with SEND.
  • Assist teachers with the delivery of individualized education plans.
  • Help create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with SEND.
  • A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children.
  • A flexible and proactive attitude towards supporting learning.
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
