Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our Treasury team at Parkdean Resorts. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and analysis to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide weekly financial insights and analysis to drive focused activity and ensure all transactions are investigated and resolved.
- Monitor service level agreements and KPI reporting to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
- Streamline KPI reporting to provide key data to stakeholders.
- Improve month-end analysis and reporting to present accounts in the best possible light.
- Work with operational stakeholders to ensure accurate data flows and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Support improvements in business IT and finance systems to increase efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Perform periodic ad-hoc reporting for management teams and internal customers.
- Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or qualified by experience.
- Advanced Excel and presentation skills.
- Commitment to high-quality and excellent customer service.
- Strong planning, time management, and organisational skills.
- Flexible and able to work in pressurised situations.
