We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst Graduate to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function, working closely with the Finance Manager to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weekly review of channel performance to identify risks and opportunities
  • Manage the month-end reporting process, providing board-level commentary
  • Deliver the financial planning and forecasting process
  • Forward forecasting analysis
  • Financial modelling to support strategic decisions
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level with a minimum of a 2:1 degree in a numerical/data-driven subject
  • A positive outlook and a track record of success
  • Exceptional communication skills to communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
