Job Title: Brand Liaison Officer

PSR Solutions is seeking a skilled Brand Liaison Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, residents, and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless liaison between residents, sub-contractors, client representatives, and our team.
  2. Assess and mitigate risks associated with high-risk/vulnerable residents, ensuring that our Site Manager tailors works accordingly.
  3. Conduct property condition surveys and appliance surveys with residents before works commence, capturing photographs for documentation.
  4. Consult with resident representatives and groups, arranging meetings to communicate our program, gather feedback, and discuss locally significant issues with our Senior Resident Liaison Officer and Community Investment Team.
  5. Arrange appointments for surveys and works, ensuring timely completion.
  6. Manage complaints in accordance with our complaint's procedure, providing high-quality communication materials as requested.
  7. Participate in Project Management meetings as required, contributing to the success of our initiatives.
  8. Develop and implement community initiatives, such as newsletters and safety competitions, in collaboration with our Senior RLO and Community Investment Team.
  9. Provide aftercare packs and instruct residents on new installations, ensuring a smooth transition.
  10. Monitor site Health & Safety rules, reporting any risks or near misses to the Site Manager.
  11. Arrange satisfaction surveys for residents, collating responses and working with our Senior RLO to use feedback to improve our service.
Requirements:
  1. At least 1-year resident liaison experience within the construction/social housing sector.
  2. Report writing and analytical skills.
  3. Ability to competently operate MS Office (Word & Excel).
