Membership Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our membership growth and professional services strategy. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to drive membership engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive membership growth and engagement.
- Manage professional services delivery with a focus on excellence and innovation.
- Oversee budgets for membership and accreditation activities.
- Lead on professional registration and collaborate with Councils and Committees.
- Build and strengthen corporate partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in driving membership growth and a deep understanding of professional development and certification programmes. We offer a competitive salary range of £75K - £80K and a comprehensive benefits package.
