We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Careline Lifestyles. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our service users, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with service users, their families, and carers.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the quality of care provided.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss service user care plans.
- Work within the NMC codes of conduct and scope of practice, as well as Careline Lifestyles' policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Qualified and registered nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) with a valid NMC registration.
- Experience in a care setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
