Higher Level Learning Facilitator

Academics Ltd invites applications for a Higher Level Learning Facilitator to join their dynamic team in a mainstream Primary School.
As an HLTA, you will provide critical support to teachers and students, ensuring effective learning outcomes and promoting student progress. Key responsibilities will include participating in lesson planning, delivering targeted interventions, and contributing to the development of inclusive education practices.
The ideal candidate will hold relevant qualifications or experience as a Teaching Assistant / LSA, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a commitment to supporting students with SEND.
Requirements:

- Strong relationships-building and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Salary: We offer an estimated annual salary of £32,000 - £45,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
