We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Professional to join our finance team at HW Finance UK, based in Leeds.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Finance, playing a crucial role in the company's expansion and growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Regulatory Returns, ensuring timely delivery of UK regulatory prudential reporting, including oversight of capital adequacy requirements and obligations, and submission of returns in accordance with FCA guidelines and deadlines.
  • Accurately forecast compliance with all UK prudential requirements.
  • Support development of ICARA documentation, including liaison with Senior stakeholders as required.
  • Extend support to international business units by participating in the preparation of international regulatory reports, ensuring alignment with local regulatory authorities and meeting deadlines for submission.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, risk management, and legal, to gather necessary data and information for regulatory reporting purposes.

This is a hybrid working position, requiring 2 days in the office.

Person Specification:

  • Relevant experience in FCA regulatory reporting within the financial services industry.
  • Profound understanding of UK prudential regulations, reporting standards, and FCA guidelines.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Proven adaptability to changing regulatory environments and ability to implement necessary reporting adjustments.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in our organisation.
