Care and Support Manager

At Home Instead Senior Care, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care services to individuals in their own homes. We're seeking an experienced Care and Support Manager to join our team
This rewarding role plays a vital part in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of care and support. As a Care and Support Manager, you'll be responsible for supervising care consultations, service reviews, and creating client support plans.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, reflecting your experience and qualifications. You'll also benefit from our award-winning training program and employee assistance package.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the care sector, delivering a wide range of personal care services. A full UK driver's license, reliable access to a fully insured car, and a minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification are essential requirements.
As a member of our team, you'll enjoy regular working hours (Monday - Friday, 09:00 am - 17:00 pm), with occasional on-call duties and a generous salary package.
