Care Home Community Manager

As a Community Team Leader at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of midwives and maternity support workers in the Maidenhead hub. Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of midwives and maternity support workers
- Collaborate with the midwifery matron to achieve service goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Registered Midwife with a minimum 3 years' experience in Band 6 roles
- Degree in midwifery or relevant subject
- Recent experience in community midwifery
- Working towards a Master's degree
