This role is based in Addlestone, where you will work closely with a small team to deliver person-centered support. As a Female Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our service users.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily support with tasks within the home and out in the community;">
  • Assisting with personal care, managing finances, and promoting social activities and connections with family and friends;">
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with service users, families, and external professionals;">
