Job Overview: Production Quality Control Technician

About the Role:

Hunter Selection Careers is looking for a highly skilled Production Quality Control Technician to join our team. As a critical member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products by implementing and adhering to rigorous quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SPC and SOP Implementation: Develop and implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality production.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain and repair machinery according to company safety guidelines, preventing downtime and ensuring efficient production.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RA) to identify and address quality control issues.
  • Smart Factory Data Collection: Utilize our Smart Factory data collection system to track machine performance, contributing to company-wide safety, quality, and performance programs.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: 4-year Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship with a minimum Level 3 qualification in Engineering.
  • Experience: Power Press operation experience is essential.
