About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the implementation of quality improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and operate production processes in a safe manner, escalating any issues that may affect safety within the given production area.
  2. Ensure adherence to relevant quality standards and support the implementation of quality improvement projects.
  3. Develop and implement solutions to safety, quality, and production problems.
Your Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A time served apprenticeship in an engineering function, with a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification.
  2. Experience working within a mechanical environment, including the setting and operation of high-volume manufacturing plant and equipment.
