Temporary Contract Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to join the award-winning Norfolk Museums Service learning and engagement team as a Learning and Engagement Officer.

The post holder will lead on the development and delivery of formal and informal learning and engagement activities at King's Lynn Town Hall on behalf of Norfolk Museums Service and the Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk.

Focused on the attraction, this involves working in partnership with other cultural, arts and heritage organisations to support the delivery of learning and engagement activities across Kings Lynn.

This includes working with schools, families, and with young people as part of the innovative Kick the Dust project.

This is a temporary maternity cover position to run for nine months from October 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver learning and engagement activities at King's Lynn Town Hall
  • Work in partnership with cultural, arts, and heritage organisations
  • Support the delivery of learning and engagement activities across Kings Lynn
  • Work with schools, families, and young people
