Paid Social Media Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Manager to join our UK Media Team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the paid activation across all social media platforms, managing campaigns end-to-end to deliver against brand awareness and performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid social media strategies to drive brand awareness and performance.
- Manage large budgets and execute campaigns within internal guidelines and controls.
- Collaborate with external media vendors and tech partners to drive efficiencies and innovation.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver a consumer-centric data strategy.
- Coach and develop the Paid Social Executive.

Requirements
- Proven experience in paid social media buying across awareness and performance campaigns.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking to assess and recommend opportunities.
- Mastery in biddable digital platforms, including Facebook Business Manager and TikTok for Business.
