About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Executive to join our UK Media Team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing paid social media campaigns across various platforms to deliver brand awareness and performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement paid social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage day-to-day campaign optimisations, pacing, and reporting to ensure maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with media vendors and tech partners to execute plans and build strong working relationships.
- Support the design of Paid Social campaign strategies and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements
- Proven experience in paid social media buying across awareness and performance campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Competency with biddable digital platforms, such as Facebook Business Manager and TikTok for Business.
