Paid Social Media Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Manager to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading the paid activation across all social media platforms, managing campaigns end-to-end to deliver against brand awareness and performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid social media strategies to drive brand awareness and performance.
- Manage large budgets and execute campaigns within internal guidelines and controls.
- Build and manage relationships with external media vendors and tech partners.
- Work closely with the broader digital activation team to develop strategies and ensure synergies within the media mix.
- Coach and develop the Paid Social Executive.
- Support innovation to remain ahead of the competition, connecting externally to stay in-touch with the latest trends.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders (Media, Trial, Analytics & Insights) and partners to deliver a consumer-centric data strategy.

Requirements
- Proven experience in paid social media buying across awareness and performance campaigns.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking to assess and recommend opportunities.
- Experience or a strong passion for coaching Executive level employees.
- Mastery in biddable digital platforms, such as Facebook Business Manager and TikTok for Business.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Package.
- Experience with Consumer-Packaged Goods companies is advantageous.
