We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for targeting travel agencies across the UK, primarily in the South, to sell a new piece of technology into the industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a pipeline of sales targets categorized by location, contribution, and strategic value.
- Onboard new travel agent partners and manage the onboarding process effectively.
- Deliver high-quality account management to travel agent partners and contribute to their success.
- Understand sales channels and routes to market and identify how our lead generation product could bring new customers for the agents.
- Pitch product to target travel agent partners to acquire new business.
- Attend external meetings with prospective and existing travel agent partners, either in person or via video-conferencing.
- You must be comfortable with the creation and delivery of product training webinars.
- Minimum of 2 years BDM experience within the travel industry targeting travel agents.
- Strong sales background, target driven.
- Experience creating and delivering training.
- A network of contacts with travel agencies.
- Strong sales background.
- Clean driving license.
