Role Overview
The SAP Training Manager will play a pivotal role in driving transformational change within Refresco's Aspire+ UK SAP Implementation Programme. This contract role requires the development and execution of a comprehensive training strategy that enables the seamless adoption of standardized business processes through SAP S4/HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the Training Strategy & Approach
- Develop a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the target audiences and incorporate within training plan
- Identify and upskill resources (via train the trainer) to deliver end user training both during SAP deployment and for BAU requirements
- Manage the logistics and creation of a training schedule for a multi-site model, ensuring that all training is completed in a timely manner and that all users have attained sufficient competency to perform their roles post go-live
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of training to the identified end user audiences
- Manage any training-related risks, issues and dependencies and escalate to the overall change lead as appropriate
- Monitor usage and maintenance of training systems / material and associated data necessary to deliver training
- Ensure training plan is fully integrated and aligned to overall change implementation plan
- Own the post-go live training support plan, including ongoing BAU training delivery
Requirements
- Expertise in SAP or other ERP systems
- Significant, verifiable experience in developing and executing training strategies and designs for large-scale ERP solutions
- A proven history of successfully leading training workstreams, particularly in relation to technology implementations, ideally in SAP or other ERP systems
