As a Health and Social Care Coach, you will be working with learners at their place of work to deliver the apprenticeship framework. This includes providing support, guidance, and motivation to help them achieve essential qualifications. You will also help them develop transferable skills in Maths and English if needed.

What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for individuals with good experience of working in health and social care at management or supervisor level. You should have a Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification or above, as well as current, extensive, and relevant vocational experience. You should also have expertise within Dementia, Learning Disabilities, and Adult Health and Social Care Settings.
