About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Trainer or Trainee to join our team at Realise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to learners in the Leicestershire region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face-to-face and remotely
  • Deliver a range of award-winning qualifications
  • Create appropriate solutions for learners to ensure they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career
  • Utilise our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £27,500 - £28,500 depending on experience and qualifications

Requirements

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
  • Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
  • An assessing qualification (e.g. TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous
  • Experience in building and managing your own caseload
