Crisis Clinician - Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our expanding team as a Crisis Clinician. As a key member of our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality crisis mental health support to individuals across Oxfordshire.

As a Crisis Clinician, you will work closely with our patients, families, and community partners to provide intensive, personalized care directly in their homes. You will be responsible for conducting thorough clinical assessments, developing and implementing recovery-focused plans, and coordinating care with other Oxford Health teams and agencies.

About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality crisis mental health support to individuals across Oxfordshire
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop recovery-focused plans
  • Coordinate care with other Oxford Health teams and agencies

Requirements
  • RMN registration
  • Post-qualified experience in older adult or adult mental health
  • Excellent clinical assessment and risk management skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and dynamically in challenging circumstances
