Senior Nurse Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our team at Medilells. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses, providing high-quality patient care, and contributing to the development of our nursing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development of our nursing services and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the NMC
- Experience in a senior nursing role, preferably in a mental health setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
