Job Title: Senior Nursing Role in Manchester

We are seeking an experienced and skilled nursing professional to join our team as a Senior Nursing Role in Manchester.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to provide leadership, support, and guidance to staff in monitoring the planning, delivery, and evaluation of individualized care.

As a Senior Nursing Role, you will be responsible for monitoring the workload and patient acuity within the ward/unit on a daily basis to ensure that nursing manpower is adequate to provide a safe standard of nursing care.

Main Duties
  1. Assess patient care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate programs of care for specific groups of patients as the named care provider.
  2. Provide daily clinical and managerial leadership to nursing and support staff in the delivery of evidence-based practice.
  3. Support the Ward/Unit Manager in the effective running of the department, including in their absence.
