Job Overview

We are seeking two full-time Patient Access Coordinators to join our Outpatients department at Guy's, Streatham, Clapham, and St Thomas' sites. As a Patient Access Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive timely and efficient access to our outpatient services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Accurately record and manage patient data, ensuring compliance with trust policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental targets and objectives.
Requirements
  • Good general education with English and Maths to GCSE standard or equivalent.
  • Relevant NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification or experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in the healthcare industry working in an administrative capacity.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
