Job OverviewWe are seeking two full-time Patient Access Coordinators to join our Outpatients department at Guy's, Streatham, Clapham, and St Thomas' sites. As a Patient Access Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive timely and efficient access to our outpatient services.
Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Accurately record and manage patient data, ensuring compliance with trust policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental targets and objectives.
- Good general education with English and Maths to GCSE standard or equivalent.
- Relevant NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Demonstrable experience in the healthcare industry working in an administrative capacity.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
