We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Assistant Case Handler to join our team at Northampton Business Directory. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, assisting with various tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in updating clients and introducers regarding case progress.
- Issue draft contracts on sales and ensure timely completion of related tasks.
- Draft financial statements for sales transactions and manage redemption statements from lenders.
- Chase and diarise enquiries on sale and purchase contracts.
