About the Role:

D R Newitt Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director/Executive Director to join our client, ESG Drysdale, a leading fresh produce company based in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Financial Director to develop a comprehensive plan for upgrading and implementing management systems that will drive business efficiency and sustainability.
  • Design and implement a multi-year investment plan to position the company as a market leader in the fresh produce industry.
  • Work closely with the DR Newitt team to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with a focus on business development and operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
