We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead our Retail Operations team. As a key member of our Senior Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our overall strategy for all retail locations.

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Area Managers and Store Managers, ensuring operational excellence and driving the success of all our retail stores. Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring the overall success and profitability through a combination of sales and KPIs.

You will report directly to the Group Operations Director and will be a key member of our Senior Leadership team to develop and deliver strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic directions to ensure we are delivering on core retail values and driving growth and KPIs
  • Lead innovation and energy through collaboration with our other group brands
  • Provide professional leadership and direction to OPS team to allow colleagues to develop and nurture while exceeding on performance
  • Liaise with business units particularly including People and Marketing to ensure relevant input in key decisions
  • Ensure stores are operating legally and compliantly
  • Take ownership of business-wide P&L to ensure profitability and adherence to KPIs across all business units
