Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at C2 Recruitment - Retail, Hospitality & Charity Specialists. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our store in Peebles, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the store's daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the store's visual merchandising team to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a high level of stock accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in a 1-2-1 customer service environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
