Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Manager to lead our retail operations team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our overall retail strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic directions to ensure we deliver on our core retail values and drive growth and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead innovation and energy across our retail operations, collaborating with other group brands to drive disruption and growth.
  • Provide professional leadership and direction to our operations team, ensuring colleagues develop and nurture while exceeding performance expectations.
  • Liaise with business units, including people and marketing, to ensure relevant input in key decisions and provide timely reports to other business units and directors on plans and performance.
  • Ensure stores operate legally and compliantly, taking ownership of business-wide profit and loss (P&L) to ensure profitability and adherence to KPIs across all business units.

Requirements

  • A proven, process-led operator with experience in retail or a related industry.
  • A willingness to deliver and a strong attention to granular operations processes.
  • Passion for retail and a commitment to driving growth and excellence.
