Your Role as an Account Director

As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts within our practice area. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans, ensuring profitability and productivity, and overseeing the performance of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive client success and growth.
  • Manage the financial performance of your assigned accounts, including forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals, providing guidance and support on projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in the infrastructure sector.
