Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our operational teams, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of our business.
  • Growth and Development: Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive business expansion.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and improve operational performance, ensuring we meet our key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a senior operational role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or operations management.
