Teaching Assistant - PMLD

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support students with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) in a dynamic SEN school in North West London.

About the Role:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with PMLD, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Assist in developing and implementing personalized learning plans, ensuring students' educational goals are met.
  • Collaborate closely with teaching staff and other professionals to create a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to the teaching team.
  • Support with personal care and manual handling, including hoist operations.
