We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Envision Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of children in a dynamic and engaging educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting Children's Learning: Provide assistance to children across various classes, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Classroom Support: Help set up and tidy classrooms for lessons, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning experience for students.
- Individual Support: Offer one-to-one support to pupils, recognizing and responding to their individual needs and abilities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and other support staff to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Availability: Be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm.
- Experience: Have prior experience working with children in the UK, preferably in a teaching or support role.
- Qualifications: Hold relevant qualifications or be willing to work towards them.
- DBS Check: Be willing to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Location: Be based in the Brent area or be able to commute to the area.
