Role Overview

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant at Teach Now, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for our exceptional learners. Collaborating with outstanding mainstream primary schools in the vibrant and diverse London Borough of Tower Hamlets, you'll be instrumental in positively impacting the lives of students with SEN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your previous experience in supporting children with SEN to provide empathetic and specialized assistance.
  • Motivate and inspire students both inside and outside the classroom, fostering their growth and development.
  • Skillfully manage behavior and cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Deliver personalized support to students, catering to their individual needs and learning styles.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the National Curriculum and tailor your approach accordingly.
