Are you passionate about languages and want to make a difference in adult learning? We are looking for an Adult Learning Delivery Specialist to join our team at Leicestershire County Council.

In this role, you will manage the delivery of languages classes, coordinate courses, and support staff to ensure high-quality learning experiences for learners. You will also be responsible for promoting the service, managing sessional teaching staff, and contributing to the development of language curriculum.

The ideal candidate will have a teaching qualification, a subject-specific qualification, and experience in managing staff and coordinating courses. They will also be proficient in using ICT for professional communications and have an understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion.

This is a part-time role, with approximately 56 hours face-to-face teaching per academic year. The successful candidate will be based in the south of the county, with an enhanced DBS check required for this post.
