Career Opportunity: Family Support Worker - Systemic Practice Model
Estimated Salary: £45,510 - £53,607 per annum
We are seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to join our Family Assessment Service in the London Borough of Croydon. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting families and children through Child and Family Assessments, creating family plans, and working with partner agencies to ensure children and young people are supported and safeguarded.
The ideal candidate will have qualified as a social worker, be registered with Social Work England, and have completed their ASYE. You will possess excellent analytical and writing skills, incorporating our systemic practice model, and have a robust understanding of thresholds of need.
