Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Care Professional to join our team and support young adults with neurological disorders in their journey to independence.

About the Role

This is a part-time position requiring 24 hours of work per week. You will be working closely with one client, supporting them in daily activities tailored to their interests and abilities.

  • Foster independence by encouraging clients to plan their futures and achieve their goals.
  • Support clients with daily tasks, not just routine care tasks.
  • Provide personalised care that builds meaningful relationships.
  • Help clients secure employment, make new friends, and even move into their own homes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A positive outlook on life and a passion for supporting others.
  • Previous experience in care or a related field (preferred but not essential).
  • The ability to provide empathetic, high-quality care.
  • A valid UK drivers license and access to a vehicle for work.
  • The right to work in the UK.
