We are seeking a Home Care Leader to join our team in Derby and Burton on Trent. As an experienced Residential Childcare Manager, you will be responsible for managing two Ofsted-registered homes, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a positive, stable, and supportive environment for children and staff.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in residential childcare, with a proven track record in supervisory or management roles. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent is essential. The competitive salary range is £55,000 - £60,000, plus performance-based bonuses and relocation assistance of up to £5,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
  2. Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the homes and promote teamwork.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make recommendations for improvement.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 5 years' experience in residential childcare, with a proven track record in supervisory or management roles.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed practices and therapeutic approaches.
