Job Title: Care Companion

At Home Instead, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Companion to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care and companionship to older individuals in their own homes.

Salary: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour

About the Role:

We care for the whole person, enabling you to do the kinder things, not just personal care. Our average call length is one hour, giving you time to build meaningful relationships with our clients. With travel time of 15 minutes minimum, you'll have ample time to reach your calls on schedule.

Requirements:

  • To demonstrate that care is more than a job for you.
  • To be a driver and have access to a car/vehicle.

Benefits:
