We've led and closed over $1.2bn in sponsorship rights for some of the world's biggest sports properties, including recent record-breaking deals for UEFA Women's Football, the All Blacks, and Mercedes F1.

We're looking for a proven sponsorship sales professional to join our team as a Sponsorship Sales Lead. In this role, you'll lead high-profile sponsorship deals on behalf of premium rights holders globally.

  • You'll proactively source and engage potential sponsors across a range of categories and geographical regions.
  • You'll select and qualify prospects, securing in-person meetings and building trusted relationships with decision-makers at global brands.
  • You'll manage and build relationships with senior business decision-makers across different sectors and markets worldwide.
  • You'll execute competitive processes, resulting in the negotiation and conclusion of high-profile sponsorship deals.
  • We're looking for a candidate with a track record of delivering multiple sizeable sponsorship deals with premium global rights holders in sport or entertainment.
  • High levels of influence and persuasion, as well as experience in negotiation, are essential.
  • Experience working across different countries, cultures, and time zones is highly desirable.
