Outcomes First Group is a leading provider of special needs education and care, with services covering all of England and North Wales. We are seeking a talented Occupational Therapist to join our team in Essex, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality therapy services to adults and children with complex needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing a dynamic, evidence-based approach to occupational therapy, working closely with families, carers, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

The successful candidate will have a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, be registered with the HCPC, and have experience working with adults and/or children with intellectual disabilities and autism. You will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with a range of partners, and have a proven track record of continuing professional development.
