SEN Teaching Assistant Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to support our students with special educational needs in Felixstowe.

About the Job

Your key duties will involve:

  • Delivering targeted support to students with SEN in the classroom and during extracurricular activities.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to implement IEPs and track student progress.
  • Reporting student developments to teaching staff to inform instruction and drive student success.
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience working with children, particularly those with SEN.
  • A relevant teaching assistant qualification, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate, or equivalent.
  • A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students thrive.
  • An enhanced DBS check.
