About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Support Assistant to join our team at Norse Group. As a Domestic Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a homely, clean, safe, and healthy environment for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Support service users with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Engage with service users in a friendly and approachable manner, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
