Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Support Assistant to join our team at Mountfield, our residential home providing care and support to individuals with dementia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a homely, clean, safe, and healthy environment for our service users.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Support our service users with their daily routines, including medication management and mobility assistance.
- Work collaboratively with our care team to deliver person-centered care and support.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a sense of community and belonging among our service users.
Requirements
