Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Domestic Support Assistant to join our team at Mayflower Court. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to residents with daily living tasks, including personal care and household duties.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring a high standard of nutrition and hydration.
- Contribute to a clean and safe environment, maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a care or support role, preferably in a residential setting.
