Production Process Optimization:
The role of a Production Process Optimizer at Toni Group, LLC involves working closely with production teams to ensure smooth equipment operation and identifying improvements to existing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support production lines with technical issues and equipment malfunctions.
- IDentify improvements to existing equipment and implement them.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth equipment operation.
- Lead small process improvement projects to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of working in high-volume assembly and manufacturing roles.
- Strong IT skills for operating SAP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
