Production Process Optimization:

The role of a Production Process Optimizer at Toni Group, LLC involves working closely with production teams to ensure smooth equipment operation and identifying improvements to existing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support production lines with technical issues and equipment malfunctions.
  • IDentify improvements to existing equipment and implement them.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth equipment operation.
  • Lead small process improvement projects to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of working in high-volume assembly and manufacturing roles.
  • Strong IT skills for operating SAP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
