We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in Southampton. This role offers a challenging and rewarding experience, allowing you to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality care, promoting the safety and wellbeing of our patients and supporting them with their rehabilitation and recovery.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, describing, and recording observations on progress or change in both patients' mental and physical state. You will also be required to undertake clinical and environmental risk assessments and document key risk areas, raising incidents appropriately via the reporting system. Additionally, you will provide information on improving health and wellbeing, signposting to other agencies as appropriate, and ensure timely and accurate recording of patient information on patient systems.
