Clinical Operations Manager

Loveday & Co. is a luxury care services provider in London, offering over 100 years of combined experience in elderly care, healthcare and hospitality.
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Deputy General Manager to join our team at one of our residential nursing care properties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services, managing staff, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of residents.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience in a leadership or management role in a care setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Salary
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
