We are seeking a full-time Clinical Lead to drive innovation in clinical practice at our Wokingham service. The successful candidate will be RMN/RGN qualified and hold a supplementary/independent non-medical prescribing (NMP) qualification. Key responsibilities include prescribing Opiate Substitute Therapy, managing alcohol detoxification processes, and enhancing our harm reduction offer.
The Clinical Lead will be responsible for leading and delivering new clinical initiatives aligned with organisational policy. This role also involves providing clinical support across the Berkshire locality as needed. A critical aspect of this position is having experience in prescribing opiate substitute medication within a substance misuse service and a solid understanding of current guidance applicable to services.
To excel in this role, you must be passionate about delivering high-quality care and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
We offer a competitive salary range between £55,000-£65,000 per annum, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
